  Some lighting retrofit projects are eligible for utility incentives, which may pay for a portion of the lighting retrofit (typically paying for 40% - 70% of the project cost). Indoor Lighting: Includes re-lamping and or re-ballasting existing fixtures, replacing entire fixtures or removing fixtures in areas with too much light.
   
Outdoor Lighting: Includes pole & parking lot lights, building lights (such as wall packs) or other lights that are utilized for security and safety.
   
Lighting Controls: Includes occupancy sensors, daylight harvesting sensors or software energy management solutions.
   
Appliance Lighting: Supermarket and convenience store freezer and refrigerator lighting retrofits.
